Attend a Fruit Preservation Workshop at the Food Development Centre
You will learn all about:
• standard identity for jams and jellies
• product labeling requirements
• ingredients and their role in the finished
product
• using analytical tools to ensure finished
product quality
• increasing small batches without
affecting product quality
• processed product regulations
• where your fruit products can be sold
Participants will process jam and a spread
using Food Development Centre technology.
Cost: $99 (includes lunch and materials). Space is limited and you must register and
send payment in advance.
