Past and Present Trends in Harvesting Non-Timber Resources on Wooded Lands

There are many resources in wooded lands other than timber, particularly wild foods. This presentation details the successes and challenges of previous ventures in developing non-timber forest products (NTFPs) in Manitoba and other parts of Canada. Mike and Ken will also describe the current trends in harvesting NTFPs from wooded lands.
